Guests can enjoy the entire house along with its amenities. Outside, you have access to the area enclosed by the post and rail fence, except for the closed garage and sheds.
There is ample parking available for up to six cars, with two covered bays.
For your convenience, an EV charger is available in the open garage for paying guests. It features a Type 2 7kW connector. Other things to note We want to try to cater for all guests therefore please do bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules: - This is your home to use, please care for it as such - Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra £400 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. - Smoking is strictly prohibited and an extra £250 fee will apply should any rules be broken (dedicated smoking area outside only to be used). - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. - Baby cot is available upon request (without bed linen) - Filming enquiries can be accepted at an extra charge ( contract disclaimers only) - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
