Motel a Lewes

“Do not go here! Literally this was the poorest lodging stay that I've ever endured in my entire life. Do not go here and I'm actually contemplating a lawsuit. These people don't have regard for anyone who rents from them and it's literally the worst property I've ever stayed in my entire life.”

“I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room instead. When I asked to be moved to the room I had reserved, the front desk staff said they were unable to accommodate my request. The front desk employees were not friendly or helpful and showed little concern for resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the TV in the room was not working. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I expected much better service, and I would not recommend this hotel...

“I've stayed here before and never had any issues. This time I stayed for 5 days and I found roaches in the shower and crawling out of the sink the day before I check out. I also left with bug bites on my legs. I was so skeeved out. I asked for a blanket. I was told they only have sheets and obnoxiously huge comforters. I was never offered a discount and was told they have an exterminator come in monthly to spray. That information did not make me feel any better. What a disappointment.”
