We sent several messages to our host and never got a reply. What we did get were automated messages about checking out but nothing regarding what we asked about. Very poor communication. Also hot as balls. No air conditioning. The location is great if you are going to an event at wembley but for the price they could turn on their AC for their guests.

"古い建物なのはいいと思いますが、洗面所はもう少し改装した方がいいと思いました。清潔な感じがしませんでした。チェーン店のホテルだから信用して予約しましたが、少し残念でした。スタッフの方達はとても親切でサービスは良かったです。"
