“There is definitely no services and no deli. They tried to give us a downgraded room for the same price at our first check-in at our second check-in we got the kitchenette we reserved, but it was pretty gross. It looked like they had just thrown the room together and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds were gross. The floor was dirty and the closet had dirty laundry in it.”

“All room renovations are not compete. So highly recommend making sure you get a renovated room. Our king room on second floor a few days prior was not very nice and not worth the cost. The double queen bed room on third floor on our return trip was absolutely outstanding (reason for this 5 star rating)”

“I was ok with the digital check in process...although ultimately the app failed to provide room number and access code. I would have preferred an in person check in at the LOGE coffee shop...which ironically was requested by them as there was an issue with my credit card. So, i ended up receiving check in info by text. Otherwise..loved the room, nice swag, water, instant coffee(great), very clean, cool, and comfy. ”

“Amazing! The pool area looked so inviting, but it was raining so we opted not to swim. We had dinner at the restaurant and so great. It was loud, but our food and drinks were delicious. Even won some money in the very small casino! The elevator could only hold luggage and the luggage cart was broke, so it made it a bit difficult to get our luggage upstairs, but we prevailed!! ”
