The first time, the new owners had just bought it and explained that they were trying to fix it up from the old owners and apologized for the condition (cleanliness, tv’s not working, etc). This hotel blends in with the backdrop, so its little tricky to spot, but when you are inside, you would think you were in a posh midtown hotel.
