“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

We just had sugar ants and the freezer of the mini fridge was basically frozen over with a chunk of ice. That's about it.”

“The 5 bedroom had lots of space and a good layout. The kitchen had what we needed. It was not very clean, the hallway smelled like weed. We knew parking was going to be far away but it was definitely a hassle. ”

“Terribly disappointing . We booked this pool home to enjoy a week with our 2 sons and couldn’t use the pool as the heater was broken . We tried for a few days to get answers regarding the pool and staff were indifferent . I asked to speak with a Manager and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call back . “The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here ”
