“We stayed the last two nights of our week long visit to the area for my wife's family reunion. Since we had dinner's out with family we only enjoyed coffee at the apartment. We did see that the kitchen was well equipped if we needed it. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to the area.”

Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive.
