Bella casa 3 BR sul lago Malone - Great Lake Views - Dock - Walk to Marina

Viviamo a Nashville e abbiamo costruito la nostra casa per le vacanze sul Lago di Malone nel 2013. Abbiamo goduto occasionalmente viaggi di fine settimana al lago. Tuttavia, non arriviamo lassù quanto vorremmo, dato che abbiamo un neonato e spesso lavoro nei fine settimana. Stiamo iniziando ad affittarlo a grandi e adulti responsabili e alle famiglie per divertirci a partire da maggio 2018. Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze in famiglia ben curata. Se stai cercando una casa per una grande festa, questo non è il posto giusto. La casa ha tre camere da letto e due bagni. Ci sono due camere da letto, un bagno, soggiorno e cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile al livello principale, insieme a una veranda riparata e coperta. Il livello più basso ha una camera da letto con porta scorrevole, bagno, zona giorno con divano e futon, e un'altra con veranda e lavatrice. Abbiamo anche una Smart TV con accesso a Direct TV Now, Netflix, un lettore DVD e molti giochi e libri. C'è un molo privato sul lago con una scala per nuotare, oltre a due kayak e una griglia a gas per il vostro uso. Ci sono anche cinque sedie da utilizzare sullo schermo in veranda, coperta o dock. La nostra casa si trova nella posizione più comoda e percorribile sul lago Malone, a solo mezzo miglio a piedi dal ristorante e porto turistico di Shady Cliff. Riceverai automaticamente uno sconto del 10% per soggiorni di almeno 7 giorni e uno sconto del 20% per soggiorni di almeno 28 giorni. Anche io e mia moglie abbiamo un Airbnb a Nashville. The sweetest little cabin, perfect for our family getaway! So nice to have upstairs and downstairs sitting areas to accomodate the teens and adults. We cooked almost all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen and took advantage of the kayaks and the dock for fishing! Enjoyed by all, 17 years to 70 years!

The view of the lake is just what I was looking for. We loved the screened in porches, the lights at night, and the whole house was wonderfully furnished. The kitchen was supplied well with everything but our basic food. The downstairs made a nice separate space for our adult children to have their own space and still had another bedroom for a couple friends to come and visit. We really appreciated having the kayaks and all the lifejackets available. We totally enjoyed our stay here.

We have stayed at this lake home several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The steps to the dock are minimal, which you don't find at Lake Malone. Being within walking distance to the marina is a bonus. Having the bedroom and space downstairs worked out great when our son joined us for a few days. Couldn't ask for a better location and layout. Communication with host was great!

The screened in decks are a magical place to spend time reading, sipping on coffee in the morning and just soaking in the peacefulness of the lake. The house is setup perfect for a family stay. We will be back.

We loved the house, it had everything we needed and was beautiful and clean. Easy to check in and to leave, would definitely stay again. Four teens downstairs left plenty of room for three adults upstairs. Beautiful lake.

We truly enjoyed our stay on Lake Malone. The home is cozy and has thoughtful decorations throughout. Great views of the lake and immediate water access! Also enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog! The home has many nice touches of items you need for your stay!

I went with my husband, two boys, ages 14yo and 7yo, and my parents. There was plenty of space for all of us. We had an absolutely amazing time. The house is beautiful with amazing views. We would relax at night on the upper screened in porch and watch the boats go by. The owner responded to my text within minutes. My boys loved fishing from the dock...... Fishing was pretty good. We would return in a heartbeat.

This property is perfect for a peaceful getaway. House is well stocked and exactly as it appears in listing. Lake is beautiful and people in the area are friendly. It is about a 10 mile drive to town for groceries or shopping. Small price to pay for peace and solitude. I had to change reservation dates after change in our vacation availability. John was helpful and accommodating in makIng those changes. I emailed Catherine several times with questions, and she was always quick to respond and very helpful.

We live in Northern Kentucky and needed a change of scenery during the pandemic. This cabin was just what we needed. The cabin was clean and as pictured. My teen daughter loved the downstairs bedroom with the barn door. It's the little things. lol. Our dogs loved sunning with us on the dock. We enjoyed dinner on the screened in porch overlooking the lake each evening. The kayaks were great fun. The views from the water just a little way down the lake are amazing and something you would expect to see out West. My husband and I, along with our two dogs, enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood and the surrounding streets. We enjoyed a few hikes at Lake Malone State Park. It was a great trip. The owners at the Marina were very friendly and we ordered a meal to go from there one evening. It was delicious. Other than that, I brought all my own food. The nearest grocery story is quite a distance away.

We have visited this property multiple times and we always enjoy our stay. We love the location and the setup of the property. There were a few issues with this stay during the pandemic. The owners were very responsive regarding our ability to stay. They took extensive efforts to assure us about the safety of our stay. They also worked to help us resolve a few minor issues while we were visiting. Great property/Great Owners.

The cabin was well maintained and cared for, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Nothing beats sitting on the back porch watching the sun come up drinking coffee. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

We loved everything about this rental. The boys enjoyed the downstairs area. My husband caught several small fish off the dock and my son and I took the kayaks out. We can’t wait to rent again.

Location was good, having a personal dock was great! The place was nicely decorated, good lay out. My family really enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back again, and hope the weather is actually fall so the fish will be biting!
