Beautiful oceanside home. Relax , and enjoy the sites on the water. From sailboats to ships and seals to wildlife view from the water view deck. Amazing sunrises over the water while you have your morning coffee.

It was dark when we arrived and there wasn’t much lightning go down to the property only few of the lights at the end of the railing worked, so we had use our light on our phone to unload our vehicle which was very hard. The place was very clean and very spacy. The lighting out on patio only half the lights work and u really have to watch where u stepped cause the boards are rotten in places. The pool table is great to have there but the placing of it makes it very hard to play cause the walls are in the way to play. Ur all time hitting the wall. It’s was very difficult to take a shower cause the shower head wouldn’t stay up in place cause the piece was broken and looks like someone tried to tape it up but that didn’t work. Texted owner told her bout shower but her reply was well cleaner said she don’t know what happened there. But u can clearly see it’s cracked where the shower head gets placed into and it was tape all around it so someone knew it wasn’t working properly. It says online there a BBQ on site but the BBQ is in the basement with no BBQ Tank so that don’t work and we were so looking forward to having a BBQ. I think the owner needs to put so much loving care in that house if she wants to continue renting it out.

The house was very clean and really nice inside the only thing I didn’t like is that there was no bbq,had to order out for food and I was told about Norma’s ,they had good food but we had it and had to throw it in the garbage found out after that it depends on what cook is working ,if they get a bbq we would definitely stay there again

That property is correct. The building himself is not well maintained and some repairs (like a shower fixed with tape....) are questionnable. The picture does not represent the reality. The house is across a commercial port and boat are making noise and are all lights on( whoms are powerfull) all night long. Luckylly, we slept there only one night.

Great location

Desperately needs A/C! I know someone lolVery much enjoyed our stay, spent evening on the deck, watched the sailboats sail in lit up! Awesome It was 35c outside so very hot!

Beautiful view from deck

The deck was in need of repair rotten boards. The windows in the upstairs bedroom didn't have screens only one fan and the house we really hot for sleeping.

It was fine. The layout of beds was a little strange. View from the deck would have been nicer with less junk below and to side. Had basics which was all we needed for one night stay. The house was for sale and has some good potential for improvement if it remains a STR space.

Upgrades

This property is in a good location. But it needs work done on the property. Especially the deck. Needs to be replaced and so does some of the doors leading out to the deck. Windows need screens so they can be opened for some fresh sea air..Also stove is very old fashion. No temp showing on oven so you don't know how hot it is. few repairs and it will be a great place to stay..

Property not maintained

Rotting patio that did not feel safe to be on. Comforters with large stains on them. King and queen mattress were just sitting on the floor. No bed frames and queen mattress was old and dirty looking. Could not use fire pit as the grass around it was too high…probably waist length and no seating around fire pit. Old musty smell on the sofas …
