“Right from the moment we checked in we knew it wasn’t going to be good! The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, as much as she read a script. We were on the second. Floor and there was no elevator. I have a bad knee, so I was hoping to get a ground floor room, but there was no response from her. The pilllows on the bed were so old, they became flat immediately. Went for breakfast, and they were out of yogurt as was posted on the fridge, that went on for 3 days, no cream cheese as was...
