“Front desk was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfy. We have stayed a couple of time and are pleased everytime we stay here. The only thing that was disappointing was the pillows. They were too soft with no support. ”

“Loved everything from breakfast to room sizes, property condition, but rooms were not cleaned properly as there was some trash left under the sofa bed along with clothing items from the previous reservation. Overall, 3/5”

“Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated.”
