“Clean room and nice size. There were no luggage carts available when we checked in, so I asked for one. The attendant was like if there were none over by the door then they were up on the floors in use. About 30 minutes after we checked in and struggled with our luggage, I received a text requesting that the luggage carts be returned to the lobby if not in use. I was like oh really??
