“This was the cleanest most welcoming hotel I’ve ever been to the staff were friendly from the person working the front desk to the housekeeper you helped me out in the morning.. The food here was amazing I came to stay the weekend from Springfield mo and was able to see my husband in yazoo city it was a wonderful getaway I will be staying at this hotel from now on when I make my trips here Cleanliness -10 Friendliest- 10 Breakfast -10 ”

“Clean but dated room. Bathtub stained. Carpet filthy. Couch needs to be thrown away EXPEDITIOUSLY! Guy at the desk has a nasty attitude. Side eyes you as if to judge you. Ion like that. ”

“The room key didn’t work because the lock was broken. The room was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest left. The sheets hadn’t been changed since there was hair and dirt in them. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after weeks of use. I cleaned it myself. The walls had dirt and splatter marks. There was food in the fridge. The light for the sink area had a flickering dim bulb = no light you can see from. Thick dust everywhere. There was no “breakfast” as advertised. We...

“The stay was great until the last day. I guess the breakfast steward had a rough night . He closed the breakfast area early before 10:00 or at least started removing the items and wouldn’t return the bagels, didn’t refill the waffle batter and didn’t refill cranberry and apple juice. This was done at 9:30-9:45. We complain the front desk clerk went and returned the bread but not the bagels. ”
