“The breakfast was horrible, but it was expected from the reviews. The sink in our room had a leak and it was reported and nothing was done. The bed was sufficient to sleep on and I wouldn't say comfortable. The property is five years old and looks ten. There are no washer or dryers but linen bags in the rooms. The outside door to get into the hallway of where are room was was broke and was reported. At four every morning it sounded like someone was going to rip it of the hinges trying to get in....

“Needs a huge renovation and updated. The front door is broken and has suction cup handles on it you have to pull apart. The staff (woman) was rude to my mother in law. Bathroom downstairs out of order, breakfast awful. Room was “cleaned” but carpet was gross. It’s very outdated. AC took awhile to cool off the room, bed was ok, and the shower was hot, but that’s it. No amenities- no pool or outdoor area, the area is run down and there’s an RV park next door it looks like people live...

“Me and my family arrived at 1 pm a little earlier than expected and they told us our rooms would be ready at 2. We went and ran some errands and came back at 2 and they let us check into one of our rooms but the other still needed 10 more minutes to be cleaned. Mind you by this time they had already assigned us a room key. We waited around 10 minutes, nothing, those 10 minutes turned into an hour and half. We were not able to go up to our room till 3:40 pm.
