Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your suggestions. This is how we can improve on our services to guests such as yourself. I have taken note of everything that you said and we are working to make provisions. The lamp in the corner is very difficult to find, I can agree with that....I still have a hard time finding it, however it is on the actual rod of the lamp going down which I agree is hard to find. We are working on new products to make sure that our showers stay nice and clean. We have had some issues with breakers tripping but we are working with our electrician to remedy that issue. As for addition exits, on each side of the building there are 2 exits off the stairwells. Thank you so much for choosing us and sharing your ideas and suggestions. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced here at my property. This is definitely NOT how I want my guests to be treated. We do only have 2 double suites with pull out sofas that are long term at this moment however, for some reason the OTA allowed you to still book the room. I apologize because it should have shown up as not available. Also, we don't have a manager on duty at night but I have always instructed my employees no matter what if a guest wants to speak with me or my assistant they can call us anytime. As for the "discount" you were offered, I have spoken with my assistant manager and she knows now that there should have been given a much deeper discount than that. I sincerely hope that you will stay with us again and call direct to the hotel and we will take care of your needs. Thank you.
