“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

“Breakfast staff was kind, friendly, and approachable. Front desk staff was, as well. The pool was a reason we picked the hotel (for a child) and it was far too cold to enjoy. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known it would be too cold to use. That was the reason for a lower score.”
