Great get away
They had great cookware in the kitchen and we're very helpful. Seems to be honest and sincere as hosts. They describe the property pretty accurately.

Cleanest VRBO with gorgeous views
We had the opportunity to stay at Kevin and Nicole's lake house over spring break and it was excellent! From the moment you walk in it is clear they take pride in sharing their home with renters. It was truly the cleanest VRBO we have ever been in AND they let your pet join you! All the extras were truly appreciated - s'mores makings, coffee pods, snacks, games, books, dog crate, leashes, treats, kayaks, the list goes on and on. The weather didn't allow us to really take advantage of all the outside space had to offer but it was a playground for water fun! Pool, dock with multiple seating areas and places to fish, fully stocked boat house and kayak launch. Makes us want to come back and visit again during the summer months. I still enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the enclosed sun porch with a gorgeous view of the lake! Communication was great, access to the house was easy, neighborhood was super nice and walkable and BEST OF ALL, check out steps were simple. Thank you Nicole and Kevin for sharing such a gem of a lake home!

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice house, hot tub great, beautiful view, great communication with owners and they made sure there were so many extras in house you don't normally get with a rental. They thought of everything.

Wedding and old stomping grounds
We lived on High Rock lake for 17 years and it was great to come back for our neice's wedding. The Lake house was perfect for us! And there are so many little extra touches to make the house feel like home away from home. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have experienced in vacation rentals. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Beautiful views! We enjoyes the fire pit and the kayaks! Bravo to Kevin and Nicole!

Amazing
I could go on forever with amazing things to say about this property. There was not one detail overlooked by the owner. Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need, I half expected to find clothes in the closets, in or size… lol Amazing lakefront location. Pool, hot tub, kayaks, games, snacks, the list goes on. We highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful peaceful lake house
This place was a sweet gem of a place Everything from the check in to the cleanliness of the place was as described on line with accuracy. We especially loved the porch off the kitchen as it looked right at the lake and the boat house deck was nice to sit on and if you had a big family would be perfect to dine on as well. We only wish the pool was heated or we could of used the hot tub instead. Great beautiful place to be with a family or good friends

Best stay yet
The property was perfect. Really nice to have gas grills and kayaks that are actually usable as this has been an issue at other rental properties. My daughters want this to be an annual event now.

Our family had a great time at the pool and the lake.
We loved the sunroom and the beautiful views of the lake. The host supplies many amenities that other VRBO homes do not. Everything was clean and just like the photos. The host is great to work with. We had a great stay 😊

Great Lake Property with all lake amenities you need!
Great lake property w/ great property owners who missed nothing! Complimentary supplies and coffee bar provided was nice touch. Very clean, everything in proper working condition and comfortable. We visited in cooler weather, so we were unable to enjoy the stocked out lake/water/pool/kayak amenities this property has to offer! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Getaway
We found the Lake House to be the perfect place for a much needed relaxing getaway. Kevin and Nicole have done a fabulous job setting up this vacation home. They have provided everything one could possibly need even treats and bowls for our dog. We all loved walking around the neighborhood and meeting some of the residents. Our friends from Salisbury came over and we all enjoyed a wonderful St Patrick’s Day dinner. Great place, great time ! We will return again next year. Thank you very much. Kathleen

The lake was beautiful with the reflection of the fall leaves.
The property was as listed. The home was comfortable and clean. The grandkids loved to kayak on the lake. The sun room was a plus and we spent a lot of our time just enjoying the beautiful fall view.

Super Nice
First time staying here. Went for my annual vacation/ birthday week. They had put a birthday decoration out for me. So sweet of them. This place Did not disappoint.!!! From the beds and even pillows were awesome! Pool was a refreshing extra. Host checked on us and house is stocked well. Enough seating outside for a football team !! Fishing was pretty good but I didn't catch my monster fish like I was hoping for but that's ok. There is two nice kayaks, that my daughter and I took advantage of. Would definitely stay again.!!

The Perfect Lakehouse!
This house exceeded our expectations! Super clean house, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, comfy beds and pillows, all towels and linens provided, Bluetooth speakers, 75" TV, multiple decks with plenty of seating, gas grill, fire pit with wood, the awesome pool with covered seating and of course the lake. Early check-in and late check-out. The owners have thought of everything here!

Perfect relaxing getaway!
Can’t emphasize enough how thoughtful the hosts are for this vacation rental. There are numerous sitting areas that offer a different view of the lake, each one beautiful. The coffee bar/snack area was a sweet touch. I love to cook and they had a wonderfully stocked kitchen with lake view dining. All you need are binoculars for the majestic egrets and herons and a swim suit for the refreshing salt water pool. Many wonderful memories to be made here!

Gorgeous lake views and a private pool
Nicole and Kevin, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! The self checkin process was extremely convenient. We had a wonderful time. My daughter and I enjoyed endless hours in the swimming pool. The layout of the house is perfect; beds, pillows and linens were top notch and comfortable. The two main bedrooms are on the upper level with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom has a wonderful lake view! The main upper level is accessed via the front door entry. There is a large sunroom with amazing panoramic views of the lake and sunset which can be also be seen from the living room area. The sunroom is a relaxing place to enjoy dinners or morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for those who wish to cook meals at home. The TV is HUGE though we didn't watch much as there was so much to enjoy outdoors. The downstairs area has a large room with a double bed that can easily be used a third private bedroom as well as a bathroom with easy access from the pool area. There is a wonderful covered area overlooking the lake adjacent to the pool with ceiling fans. The expansive pool patio has multiple seating areas, both covered and uncovered, with beautiful landscaping and endless lake views. The upper level dock is a perfect place for grilling and sunset watching with ample seating and a fan for a cool breeze. There is also a lower dock with kayaks and a step ladder. The dock lights are beautiful lit up after dark. Not a single detail was overlooked; every amenity you could think of was provided and then some. The owners were meticulous in providing many convenient and thoughtful extras. Perfect mini vacation close to home! We certainly hope to stay at this wonderful property again!!

Amazing!
We stayed June 21 to 25 2022. Lake house is very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and my kids had so much fun kayaking. My favorite part is the sunroom. I love sitting there while reading my book. The house is also fully stocked. Whatever i think i need in the kitchen is right there. Thank you so much Kevin and Nicole for sharing your beautiful home.
