I had to ask for Soap every day. I wouldn't call the breakfast, breakfast. The standard waffle maker, link sausage and scrambled eggs every morning for the week I was there. No breakfast sandwiches, no hard boiled eggs, no Bacon and no morning cakes. Just bagels and English muffins. Coffee was horible.

Checking in was good. The lady that worked that night was very nice. The room I was given on the first floor had a slight smoke odor. Also they said that all first floor are priority to those with dogs. I usually prefer first floor due to my handicap. So next time I will just deal with other floors. Breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about. The waffles were good. ## Biggest issue. ——— Checkout day I was loading the cart and well needed to use the Restroom. While taking care of business it struck 11:01 and the phone rang. I couldn’t answer. 11:05 maid comes knocking. I let her know I was taking a $h!t and I would be done in a few minutes. Not even 3 minutes pass and she is back knocking on the door. Like come on. You need the room that bad at 11:08 am ??? Just thought it was rude. I stay at a lot of choice hotels and lately I am not sure why, as they have been subpar.

For this stay i was looking for a less expensive option due to an unplanned trip. The price and location were perfect. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. For an inexpensive hotel this one was very comfortable and clean. Lobby and balcony were cute. Room was very clean and had been recently remodeled. The included breakfast was sufficient for the need. I would have liked an egg option and yogurt, but there were other choices. I would stay there again.

This is the fifth year in a row we’ve stayed here as we stop on our way to Myrtle Beach. The girl at the check in was new and it was a pretty lengthy time to check in especially since the room was already paid for. The room had a faint smell of urine, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. My dog found a old treat under the chair I guess in today’s world where it’s hard to find people who want to work this is to be expected.

Not what was advertised
Description said hotel had recently been remodeled. Lobby was remodeled. Room had newer LVP flooring, but that was all. The floors hadn't been mopped. The counter in the bathroom appeared to be replaced recently but was dirty. It had been wiped down, but not cleaned properly. The shower was dirty. The shower head was very dirty, pink and mildewy. Some of the towels had stains, although you could tell they had been washed. The room had not been repainted as in the online pictures. The ceilings were dirty and stained. Wood doors and furniture were chipped. Light fixtures were rusty and not very bright. I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Wouldn't stay again.

Just what I needed that day
This day was absolutely wonderful. It was a small getaway from myself to reset my my mind. When I arrive, the young lady at the desk was very nice, courteous friendly, and was very sweet. I did not catch your name but she is a great asset to that hotel. She said she loved working there and it shows it was quiet and comfortable no loud noises. Nothing out of the ordinary the room was very clean and spacious the TV everything worked. The breakfast was really good. It was really hot. The water was superb clean towels, washcloths everything was in there if I ever need to get away again. I would definitely go to this hotel and for the price it was great the room that I had for this particular stay was absolutely amazing, she did let me know where other things were such as the other icemaker. She told me what time breakfast was so I really appreciate her a lot on yesterday I did.

The nightly rate was great. The staff was friendly and was trying hard to keep the place clean and tidy. However, the carpeting in halls and room needs at least a thorough cleaning, or really complete replacement. The smoke residue in rooms is nasty. My wife will never allow us to return to this Quality Inn.

It's was ok....
Staff was friendly & efficient. The floors in the room were dirty. One bed had some type of animal hair in it so I slept in the other bed; which squeaked, loudly, whenever I moved; but it was comfy. The bathroom was spotless & clean. The hot breakfast was good. Coffee, not so much.

Clean, friendly, and a good breakfast!

Disgusting
Disgusting. I should have left when I saw a roach crawling on the bed and something sticky on the floor. But I was tired so I killed the roach and got in bed. The next morning when I threw back the covers there was a half empty bottle of “recreational hemp” between the bottom and top sheet. So obviously the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest. Gross. This is also dangerous for pets and small children. When I told the desk clerk, she told me she would report this to the manager and that the manager would call me that day. 72 hours later and still no call!! This hotel charges an additional $75 fee for even a small dog. However, it was quite clear that they don’t do any extra cleaning to “pet friendly” rooms and it appeared the vinyl plank floors had not even been cleaned before my check in. I travel frequently but this will be my last stay at any Quality Inn.
