  • Benvenuti a Hutchison Station, il nostro deposito ferroviario rinnovato del 1890. Esplora gli allevamenti di cavalli, la pista dei Borboni e il KY centrale mentre soggiorni nella nostra fattoria di cavalli purosangue nel cuore del bluegrass.
    La Hutchison Station faceva parte del sistema ferroviario L&N tra il 1890 e il 1950 con servizio passeggeri e merci tra Lexington e Parigi. Era il centro della comunità locale e comprendeva un ufficio postale, 2 negozi di fabbro, un grande magazzino e penne per il bestiame.
    La stazione di Hutchison è divisa in due appartamenti al piano terra. Il "Limerick" (chiamato per il cavallo dell'evento di Lisa) ha pavimenti in legno massello, soffitti da 12 "ed è arredato con mobili locali artigianali e antichi. Il Limerick ha due camere da letto con bagno ognuna con un letto king size. La zona giorno comprende posti a sedere per quattro più posti a sedere per tavolo per quattro.
    La stazione di Hutchison si trova a circa metà strada tra Lexington e Parigi-
    • 10 minuti dal centro di Parigi.
    • 15 minuti dal Kentucky Horse Park
    • 20 minuti dal centro di Lexington.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations and property. Loved feeding the donkeys!!! They were soooooo sweet! Close to town yet in the "country". Owners were communicative and very hospitable. LOVED our stay!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the horses and donkeys. The house was comfortable and clean. Plus, the hosts are very welcoming and quick to answer questions. They even left a plate of chocolate chip cookies for our arrival.

For years, we have been coming here every April for a reason. The location, the horses and their foals out the front door, the beautiful restoration of the train station make this place a favorite to visit and enjoy.

This place is wonderful! It’s our favorite Vrbo. Watching the horses with their foals from our front door and feeding carrots to the two donkeys. Very comfortable stay.We will be back for our 3rd time in the near future.

What a wonderful place to stay!! The owners were *very* nice and quite personable and the property was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Additionally the beds and furniture were quite comfortable. We were visiting Paris to see some old friends and were able to host them for a lovely dinner (with local steaks on the grill). We also enjoyed visiting with the horses on the farm and "chatting" with the donkeys. We enjoyed the tour at Clairborne Farm as well as shopping for local antiques and artisan products in downtown Paris. Highly recommended!!

We've stayed here many times and it's always lovely. Always love walking the grounds to see the horses and the donkeys. Bring lots of treats for the donkeys - they will yell at you if you don't give them the proper attention.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Upon our arrival, we met Steve and he was very welcoming. The renovated train station is beautiful and extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. It was enjoyable going outside to give John George and Sadie some treats. They are both so sweet! We also loved seeing the mares and their foals out in the pasture. I would pick this beautiful country setting over a busy hotel!

What a relaxing property! It is located adjacent to a large farm and overlooks one of the pastures. While we were there there were several young foals and young females who visited the area - particularly in the evening. It was very relaxing to sit outside and watch the horses in the field. The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was quite large and well stocked with enough plates, silverware, etc. for four people. The beds were comfortable and the shower had ample hot water. One minor note, it takes several minutes for the water to get hot, but when it did there was plenty. Our host was great and we would definitely recommend staying here, even though its a bit far from Lexington.
