It was a lovely hotel, but we had a room facing the main street and the traffic noise was really loud, so not a great night's sleep. But obviously street traffic can't be helped, but next time I'll ask for a room not overlooking the main street. Otherwise everything was fine

Loved the daily breakfast and being so close to everything. We even walked to a concert at Rupp. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious, was perfect for our 2 day stay—super close to Rupp arena and walkable to lots of places to eat and drink. My only complaint was that the in-room dining service wasn’t working

Exceptionally clean, and every need anticipated, from the stocked kitchen and bath to the layout and even the TV silently turned on to the channel guide. Receptionists were helpful and the city is lively. Just outstanding.

There needs to be clearer signage both on the street and in online information about where the parking garage is and how to get to it. We had to drive around the building twice to spot it.

Little get away
Very nice little get away. Enjoyed the pool and the Infinity restaurant and bar. Top notch service. Room was super nice and bed was so comfortable. Always love the pillows.

The people at the front desk were great. I could check in early and extend my check out with no extra charge. However, after calling to extend my checkout, someone knocked on the door to tell me to check out. It happened a few times. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but I was accommodated with a different room and drink coupons.

Refund
I booked my reservation through hotel.com and already paid before arriving to the hotel. I explained that to the person at the front desk. He said the hotel may charge you but it will automatically fall off. I was charged the full amount and can not get anyone to give me a refund. So basically I paid 330 to stay in hotel room.

Perfect location to explore downtown.
The location of the hotel is perfect for a fun night exploring different restaurants and bars right outside your door. There were so many fun places within easy walking distance! It is also a few minute walk to UK campus which we explored as well. We couldn't imagine a more ideal location if you want to be able to walk around downtown. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast as well.

Everything was immaculate. There were some noisemakers next door, so the walls might be a little thin, but it wasn’t enough of an issue to interrupt our stay or warrant concern. The room was beautiful, the crustless quiche was delicious at the complementary breakfast, and the location was perfect for any downtown activities. We are already planning our next stay!

I originally booked a stay at Residence Inn as I wanted a kitchen and cook if I wanted. When I arrived my reservation had been cancelled and I was moved to a room in the adjoining Marriott Hotel. Room was nice but had a tiny fridge which had no freezer and I could barely fit my good items into the fridge.

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The hotel was clean and beautifully appointed. Our studio room came with a comfortable king size bed and a nice kitchenette and sitting area. Best of all, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
