Guests will enjoy the walkability to Downtown Frankfort & many of the local attractions. Featuring 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, guests are able to experience life like a local with all the modern-day amenities. We are also above the delicious Brown Barrel Restaurant.

Professionally managed by PURE Property Management of Kentucky, our team is readily available for any guest needs. we have curated an automated experience but are only a message or phone call away if our guests are in need.

Located in the heart of downtown Frankfort above Brown Barrel. Guests can easily walk to local attractions and eatery.

STAY
Bourbon on Broadway has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor & guests MUST climb stairs to access. Please refer to our floorplan in our photos for the apartment layout.

Our unit has a private living room, fully stocked kitchen kitchen, 2 private bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, & filled with character and charm. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us.


EAT
Our dining table is located in the kitchen and seats 4 guests. You can enjoy cooking in our kitchen apartment, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs.

We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Our property is located directly above the restaurant Brown Barrel. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.

SLEEP
This charming home has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms offer a KING Sized Bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms located in the hallway.

If there are any services you need or recommendations on how to Live Like A Local, our team is readily available to assist with all ways in making your STAY Special!

Even though we are centrally located, we do recommend guests use their personal vehicle to get around Frankfort.

Spacious and trendy with comfy beds

The space was very cute, beautifully decorated and remodeled. I have NEVER had a more comfy bed, like seriously, my husband and I BOTH were amazed! We had the bedroom with the fireplace. I gave location 5 stars but I was anticipating there to be more to do within walking distance (I did look ahead and had things pinned but it seemed everything closed early because it was a Sunday) So my fault for not doing more research. and just make sure to take note that it is located right next to the train tracks and 2 trains did come through in the middle of the night.

Bourbon Pitstop

We made a pitstop in Frankfort on our way down to Nashville. We did a couple distillery tours. Great location for Buffalo Trace fans, only 5 minutes from the distillery. Easy to find parking nearby on the street for the VRBO. The beds were large and the decor was gorgeous. It had all your basic amenities. The owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond. Thank you again!

Great location/ wonderful apartment

This was a great VRBO in downtown Frankfort. Lovely, clean apartment right on Main St. only downside that was not mentioned is the freight train that comes thru downtown at 10:30p and 3:30a every day. Just a 5 min disruption, but if you are sensitive, it would bother you.

Excellent Communication

A group of us stayed at this location. It’s perfectly set above the Brown Barrel restaurant/bar. Perfect spot to get on the trolley or to get an Uber if not wanting to drive. Perfect location to all of the Bourbon Distilleries. The only issue we ran into was that there was not an iron or ironing board as the description stated. I contacted the management facility and they arrived early the next morning to bring us a new set. Very nice & accommodating. We will definitely want to stay here on our next trip! Everything was excellent and we had an amazing time! Thank you!

Comfortable apartment with Great location in the heart of Frankfort.

The vacation rental was very clean- in fact, It was one of the cleanest I have stayed at. The location was great, a lot to see and do in the area. The rental is very modern with nice, comfortable furniture. The only issue we had was that the first night the noise was quite loud from the restaurant below. It was after closing hours but some of the employees were continuing to party with friends. The property management was very responsive which we very much appreciated, and we did not have issues the subsequent nights. I’m guessing that the restaurant staff did not realize the unit was being occupied. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

We all enjoyed a relaxing and cozy weekend in your 2nd floor unit! It provides easy proximity to shopping and restaurants, allowing us to walk everywhere we needed to go! Look forward to a return trip to downtown Frankfort! Thanks from the Louisville gals!

Beautiful and perfectly situated!

Home was absolutely beautiful and charming; very old-money feel and I loved it. It was 5 minutes from Buffalo trace, 20 minutes from other Frankfort distilleries and above a really charming, delicious bar/restaurant. 5/5 highly recommend

Trendy and convenient.

We were in town to hit a few distilleries, so this place was perfect as is just a few minutes from Buffalo Trace! The apartment was so cute and had great character. We had 4 adults in our group so the space worked out wonderful for us.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Cool apartment downtown

Comfortable and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Lots to do in walking distance. Great for families. Good restaurant and bar right downstairs. Thought it might keep us awake but it did not. Very quiet morning.
