“Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay....

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“Room wasnt cleaned very well-trash in waste basket, leftovers in fridge, shower cra ked and dirty, blankets stained with sweatstains..breakfast was good and staff friendly..kids running up and down hall being loud late at night causing disturbance but overall ok..”

“several wall switches non-operational; some of the furnishings could have been cleaned better; bath ceiling fan very loud; make sure your room faces the back parking as the traffic noise from Rt85 (which is immediately in front of the of the building) in front is significant all night. Otherwise, all was as expected for this class motel: clean overall, check-in quick, furnishings thruout very basic but getting old, very basic breakfast, general location is convenient. Overall, for the price I...

“Parking was good, nice area for me to walk my dog, dog friendly”

“Smoke odors is terrible through out the entire building, smoking area is about 10ft away from main entrance.”

“Only negative thing is the pet fee…we had to pay $30 per 2 very small dogs….thinking $30 is adequate for both In my opinion…99% of traveling owners are very responsible….my thoughts anyways ”
