“Beautiful hotel, excellent service from front desk, to bartenders and valet drivers(Jason, Jarvis & Sam). Our room was very clean. The rooms are expensive though which would be the only reason we would not be back.”

“Overall ok. Very convenient to stay if you or a family member are in or having a procedure at Saint Joseph Main hospital. Literally across the street. Room was fairly clean. Cup holders in the chair were nasty was only complaint on cleanliness. Paper thin walls. TV kept turning all all through the night for some odd reason. The air ceiling vent in bathroom needs fixed as it rattled all night probably from wind in the exhaust system. Overall good. Would stay again just for the convenience next to...

“The hand soap and body wash in my bathroom were empty. There were two large stains on the carpets. The floors in the hallway were rather dirty and need replaced. The ceiling tiles in the hallway were gone. The exposed area was radiating a lot of heat and made the hallway rather hot. The restaurant was closed for renovations. Valet parking was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean.”

“The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous.”

“Wanted an additional $50 to check in to our room at 1:30 so we chose to have lunch then come back. At 3:00 no rooms were available so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check in. If the policy is a $50 charge to check in early it should be a &50 credit to have to check in late.”

“Free airport shuttle was convenient. Location was convenient, Felt safe and was able to walk everywhere downtown Lexington, did not need a car or Uber the entire time. Room was clean, cool view of Triangle Park. Only downside was no closet or wardrobe space, no steamer or ironing board available in room.
