“Property did not appear to be safe as several people were seen hanging out drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot. Night staff was very helpful however the room was so dirty, we ended up leaving immediately. There were no other available rooms so we booked a stay at a different hotel. The stove was filthy, the toilet had things floating in it with hair on top of the seat and in the toilet bowl, and the bathtub was not cleaned. “The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.”

“The front desk staff was amazing. The staff in the restaurant was also amazing. We were there for five nights and only requested our room to be made up for one of those nights. When we came back to the hotel that evening, they didn’t leave extra toilet paper, plastic cups, lotion etc. We had a mini suite with a sofa bed in the living area.
