Paid a premium for 2 nights (at over $300+ per night). Check in was at 4 pm, and room wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm. Front desk said they were understaffed. Got to room and it wasn’t clean - bathroom had all sorts of hair and huge crumbs on floor. Toilet barely flushed. Shower curtain was filthy and ...
