“We arrived at the property and were greeted to doors that were in need of a good cleaning and property that was uncared for. As it was a hot evening the lobby was not air conditioned. There is no elevator. We were assigned to the second floor and the stairs up were filthy. Our room was fair at best with very outdated furniture. We went in search for ice and were told the machine was broken. Although there was a restaurant on on the premesis it was closed but that ice machine was also broken. It...

“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “We checked in late on a Friday night and the front desk office was locked. It took a few minutes to get someone to assist, but that's to be expected. Check-in process was super easy and efficient. “The area is beautiful!! The staff is beyond fantastic!!! I have never stayed anywhere that was even close to the service here!!! The room is beautiful!!! There is a babbling brook outside the window and a view of the river. Saw a rowing team row by and ducks enjoying the brook. The bed was so comfortable we asked the brand and plan to acquire one! The breakfast is over the top delicious!!! They truly exceeded our expectations!!! We highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful experience!!!!”
