“This property is staffed with very professional and knowledgeable staff whose job it is to make their guests comfortable and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Chateau and took the vineyard and wine storage areas with our guide, Thomas. “When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. “Chaleur extrême en début de saison, mais nos hôtes, Christian et Chantal ont des installations tellement extraordinaires (ac, piscine, etc) que nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise et confortables.
