Villa Vittoria set in the magical region of Lunigiana, between Tuscany and Liguria, just a short drive from the famed resorts of the Versilia coast, the cities of Lucca and Pisa and a few kms drive from the “Gulf of Poets” and Cinque Terre.

This charming restored farmhouse offers plenty of traditional Tuscan charm, from the views to the architecture and ample opportunity to relax, indoors and out. Prepare dinner on the outdoor barbecue, eat at the table on the covered veranda, then adjourn to the daybeds for a glass of wine.

The house’s common areas have a stereo controlled by phone, Wi-Fi access, and satellite television.

Beamed ceilings, stone walls and shuttered windows provide a traditional envelope for a unique collection of furnishings, from modern sideboards to Tuscan daybeds. In the living room, comfortable sofas are clustered around a cozy fireplace, while matching stone walls feel warm and welcoming. The kitchen is outfitted with a pretty slate top plus amenities like crockery and cutlery for 10 people with cooking utensils, pots pans and baking trays.

Air conditioning is available in each of the villa’s four bedrooms. Each bedroom provides comfortable, king or super-king size beds. Two rooms can be converted to twin single beds.  Each room has an ensuite bathroom and french windows opening out to stunning views of Tuscany. A cot is available for infants.

From Villa Vittoria, it’s just 3 km to the nearest grocery store, and 12 km to the nearest town. If you’d like to take a day trip, the closest highway access is just 12 km away (Aulla) and the renowned Versilia beaches are 56 km away. Further afield, Lucca 86 km away, Pisa is 88 km away, Florence is about 159 km away. Cinque Terre 48 km away, Portofino 98 km away

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Villa Vittoria is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. According to Italian law (ART.109 – TULPS), the Hosts and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their Guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs.196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property.

This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible of the rental agreement.

While children are welcome, supervision will be due because of no fences or lifeguards.

Heating costs are not included in the price and must be paid directly on the spot to the Host or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries.
If you look for a property in low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked a supplementary deposit for heating expenses. Internet connection could be interrupted due to technical reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to provide support and reestablish the connection however we strongly recommend that those who need access to their emails should bring their own portable devices.
