“we were so pleased with this propert! newly opened and all brand new! quiet in a tucked away spot with easy access to shopping, di inf and I 240 loop!”

“Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby.”

“Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return. ”

“Hotel che consiglio anche se non in centro a Memphis. Check in veloce molto disponibili camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Palestra e piscina a disposizione degli ospiti ”

“Room was large and spacious and perfect for our 5. Pool was not open and restaurant was closed due to some fryer being down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“Ci sono camere con cani che abbaiano, perchè lasciati soli dai padroni. C'è odore di cibo in corridoio, perchè chi fa lunghe permanenze cucina o riscalda cibi in camera. Abbiamo dormito 2 notti e non hanno mai pulito. Non esiste breakfast room, ma un triste contenitore nella hall con poche scelte di cibo e bevande, comunque da consumare in camera. Peraltro, quando noi siamo andati, i cibi erano finiti e li abbiamo dovuto richiedere. Lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivo solo a pagamento. C'è...

“The hotel need some up update the bathroom needs to be updated carpet needs to be redone. The room was not as clean as it should.”

“Had to move from 1st room the smell was horrible. The second room the bathroom was terrible. The tub was rusted and suspect. The “hotel” was more like section 8 housing.”
