'The Deck' & Fire Pit: Enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of breathtaking Ozark sunrises and sunsets from the deck, then gather around the outdoor fire pit (firewood provided!) for starlit evenings.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed + 2 Twin beds (great for families).

Bedroom 2: 1 Full bed + foldable crib for little ones.

Living Room: 1 Twin bed (sleeps 2) + 2 Full-size futons.(Sleeps 4)

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in main living areas but must stay off beds and furniture.
Please crate pets when unattended.
Overnight sleeping/boarding is set up in our covered, climate-controlled front room (or inside crates).
Unapproved pet policy: A $200 fee applies for any unapproved pets.

Safety & Property Boundaries:
Bluffs: Please exercise extreme caution near any bluff areas on the property. Guest safety is your top responsibility.

River Access: Walking down the steep hill directly to the river is NOT ADVISED. Please use the short drive to Boiling Springs Access instead.
Caves: Property caves are strictly OFF-LIMITS. Please do not enter, touch, or remove anything from cave areas
