“The Monarch is good. It is comfortable and friendly with reasonable food and a lively outdoor bar area and in the weekend live music. The room with a small shower with a broken glass and leaking cubicle without a bath mat; vely low light and noisy fan. The Wi Fi was unreliable. Ask for the front view rooms otherwise you will get a backyard overlooking incomplete buildings. Their hospitality was great and they always greet you with a warm smile. The hotel is situated in a convenient location...
