The Accommodation
The lovingly furnished apartment offers plenty of space for families or small groups and provides a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.
There are two bedrooms available. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is versatile and can be configured with either two single beds or another double bed.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Right next to it is a cozy indoor dining area that’s perfect for shared meals and social evenings.
You can also enjoy your stay to the fullest outdoors: an outdoor dining area lets you enjoy relaxed meals under the open sky. The spacious yard is fully fenced and is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and unwinding. A grill is also available for social evenings. A ping-pong table offers fun and variety for all ages.
A washer and dryer provide added convenience, making even longer stays hassle-free.

The Location
The apartment is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting in Liebenfels and serves as an ideal starting point for a wide range of activities. Its proximity to several swimming lakes is particularly appealing: Lake Zmulner is about a 5-minute drive away, Lake Längsee is about 10 minutes away, and the famous Lake Wörthersee is about 20 minutes away.
Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby waterfront trail, which is just a few minutes away and invites you to take relaxing walks along the water.
The state capital, Klagenfurt, is about 20 minutes away and offers numerous cultural attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.
The location is also ideal for excursions across the border: Both Italy and Slovenia are within easy reach and are perfect for varied day trips, such as to the coast or to charming towns and natural areas. Thus, the accommodation combines peaceful relaxation in nature with excellent access to a wide range of recreational activities.
Shops for daily necessities, such as supermarkets and bakeries, are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.

Guest Access
The apartment has a separate entrance and is for your exclusive use, so you can enjoy your stay in a private and undisturbed atmosphere.
There is another rental apartment in the building, and the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for guests who value rest and a relaxed environment. This accommodations are not suitable for loud parties.

Additional Important Information
A tourist tax of 2.20 euros per person per night is collected on-site for guests aged 17 and older, which is remitted to the municipality.
