“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“Nice hotel in downtown Pittsburgh, right on the water, parking was easy, the room was clean, and the bar/restaurant was good and convenient after a day of travel.”

“Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. We counted 4 trains pass by our room between 11 PM and 3:30 AM, so we didn’t sleep most of the...

“The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me. The room wasn't cleaned as I arrived (notice: it was 1 a.m., so there was plenty time before that). But it got cleaned immediatelly as I reported it and even a new room was offered. The cabin door was not repaired the whole week, but that was...

“Parking is valet only and very slow. Checking was also very slow. Tried to eat in the onsite restaurant during normal hours and the kitchen was closed. Room was nice and clean but bathroom was small. Paid $$$ ”
