Sperimenta aloha in stile Kauai nel nostro condominio fronte mare completamente arredato nell'incantevole Wailua.

Kaha Lani è una struttura fronte mare diretta, meticolosamente mantenuta, con 73 condomini di proprietà individuale sulla costa del cocco. Svegliati con una premiata alba complimentata da una fresca brezza e dal profumo della flora autoctona dei giardini curati ad arte del resort.

Ogni condominio è la sua casa privata, con una camera da letto allegra, un letto matrimoniale, lenzuola fresche e spazio per altri due ospiti sul divano letto nel soggiorno. Troverai anche un bagno completo, ventilatori a soffitto per assaporare i freschi venti costieri, un'ampia cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici immaginabili e la comodità a portata di mano, un ampio soggiorno con fissaggi moderni - tra cui una TV a schermo piatto, via cavo e lavoro- Wi-Fi amichevole.
Rilassati sul lanai arredato in modo confortevole che copre la lunghezza del lato makai (oceano) del condominio. Sono disponibili servizi di lavanderia in loco per consentirvi di rilassarvi e prendere ciò che è importante: le vacanze.
Se non vuoi giocare nell'acqua salata, va bene. La piscina di Kaha Lani si trova proprio accanto al mare blu profondo. È il fulcro del "cortile" del resort, accompagnato da numerosi lettini, posti a sedere e ombrelloni, una griglia per barbecue e un'area picnic. Abbiamo anche un campo da tennis in loco! Corri, pedala o passeggia lungo il percorso pedonale lastricato che segue la costa fino alla vicina Lydgate Park Beach, con piscina per famiglie e snorkeling sulla barriera corallina, strutture per picnic coperte e un delizioso parco giochi.

Sperimenta in prima persona il fascino di Kauai godendo di tutte le abbondanti attrazioni di Garden Isle, molte delle quali sono a breve distanza in auto da Kaha Lani. Fai un'escursione a cascate ultraterrene, ampi panorami blu e cime drammatiche; sentire il brivido di innumerevoli sport acquatici - dal kayak al SUP; o approfondire la storia locale nelle vicinanze della roccaforte di Kamokila (dove i Kauaiiani sconfissero le canoe di guerra di Kamehameha) o il Museo di storia naturale di Kokee nel parco statale di Kokee

Wunderschöne Anlage - ABER

Die Wohnung ist mit direktem Blick zum Meer und nahe am Strand gelegen. Perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.Leider können wir das von der Wohnung nicht sagen. Durch die direkte Lage zum Meer sind viele Sachen verrostet und die Wandbilder haben sogar Schimmelflecken. Die Grundreinigung war mißerabel und 2 Elektrogeräte hatten enorme Mängel. Bei Beseitigung dieser Mängel könnte es eine Top-Wohnung sein.

Great place with a beautiful view of the ocean

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and well-located on Kauai. The view from the lanai was one of the best and the entire complex was well maintained with beautiful flowers. We would advise earplugs unless you like being awakened at 3 a.m. by the abundant roosters! The pillows could be upgraded and the kitchen could use a knife sharpener, but overall this was a fantastic place to stay and we would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!

The property was perfect! Breathtaking view exactly as advertised. Did not want for anything at this property. If ever we come to Kauai again, we would most definitely reserve this exact location (309) again !!

Nice view but tired and dated interior

The view is absolutely awesome; the unit is tired in need of a good deep cleaning and updating. The tub/ shower drained very slowly, the kitchen appliances needed a good cleaning of the exterior. We had a 2 inch roach(?) in the bathroom. The beach items were appreciated.

Stunning views from balcony!

My husband and I stayed 10 days her for our 15th wedding anniversary. The resort grounds are meticulously maintained and we always felt very safe the entire stay. The room is very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to see beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkel gear in the room so we didn’t have to rent any. The only thing we needed were a couple more fans to help cool the place down and the staff was extremely fast at responding and getting them to us. We would definitely stay here again :)

Fabulous location!

We've stayed at Kaha Lani several times, and the grounds are gorgeous. This condo was very nice and clean. The only down side is it's intended for 2 people. We had 3 (my husband, myself and our teenage son). The bistro table outside only had 2 chairs so we couldn't all sit together. Also there are only 2 lounge chairs, and one was broken and couldn't be used, so that was an inconvenience since we spend all our time on the lanai when at the condo. The futon couch isn't very comfortable for sleeping, so again, not really intended for more than 2 people. Great location, clean, easy check in and check out. We had a great time.

Great vacation

Property is lovely, away from the hustle of other locations. My only concern was the not very helpful women in the office at the resort, becuase this condo is not rented through them, they were less than helpful with questions I had, and always redirected me to the management team of this condo. I do want to give a shout out to Steve who did the night security, he was so friendly and efficient, and a pleasure to enteract with.

Great location on the island. The view from the condo is better in person. The beach is close.

The condo was in a great location, we explored the whole island. Emil and the staff at Princeville vacation rentals were helpful and friendly. The on site staff in condo office was not helpful and not nice. That said, we did not have to interact with her other than trying to obtain a parking pass. We would return

Kauai Paradise

The view from this 3rd story property is pretty surreal. My kids (2 1/2 & 4 1/2) had a blast at the pool which was so gorgeous to look out from and see the ocean view. They also had a blast at the nearby Lydgate park! The 1 bedroom plus futon bed in the living room was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely come back and visit here again, it was such a short drive from the airport which was perfect after a 5 1/2 flight plus 2 hours of unorganized airport logistics due to new covid policies. Just get wristbands proving your family has all tested negative and your airport experience will be much easier than ours!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with Kaha Lani #309. The unit was very clean. The view from the lanai was fantastic. The grounds were very well maintained with wonderful plant life. The facility is secluded with no resorts/condos nearby. We did minimal cooking in the unit but was stocked with everything we needed. We did use the Weber grills in the pool area multiple times. They were in excellent condition. Was nice to have beach chairs in unit. Was nice to have walking trail that went to park. Also could go for long beach walks to the south right from the facility. Overall excellent unit in great location!!

Das condo war voll ausgerüstet. Liegestühle auf dem balkon und pool...waschmaschienen zur gemeinsamen nutzung und gratis parkplatz vor dem haus. Die lage ist ideal füe jegliche ausflüge. Würden sofort wieder dahin zurück

Beautiful view, better for only two people though

Four star rating because bedding was missing for the futon. Luckily, because of my adult daughter's allergies, I packed a full size sheet and some pillow cases (there were pillowcases and two pillows, just no sheets or blankets). Double bed in the bedroom was ok for two average size people and there was bedding for it. I think this unit is better for only two people. Futon was not comfortable for sleeping with or without bedding. Although, check in was very easy and there was plenty of info ahead of time, there were no instructions for check out. For instance, I assumed dishes should be in the dishwasher and towels collected in the bathroom. No instructions for the key. A lot of reminders about the 10AM check out though and disposing of the trash ourselves, which was appreciated. The view is exactly as pictured. Pool was very nice and well used because the beach directly in front is hazardous and not for snorkeling or swimming. Walk or short drive to Lydgate Park would have been convenient except there was a big storm two days before our stay and the pools at Lydgate were not usable. Disappointing. We used the pool at Kaha Lani a lot! In all, we were able to explore Kapaa more than any other time on the island, and the property is close to the airport, Ok for our last few days on Kauai.
