“Our complete experience was terrific! All areas of the hotel were spotless. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with the TV which we didn’t watch much was very good and the wifi was stable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment enough to please everyone no matter what they preferred for breakfast. “Les chambres étaient bien, lits confortables. Par contre au restaurant, c’est l’enfer, on a attendu 2h30 pour un spaghetti et 45 min pour un coke. Il y en a, après 2h30 ont quitté le restaurant car ils n’ont pas été servi. Nous étions juste 2 tables (2 personnes et nous une table de 6)…”

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”
