Newly Renovated Home w/Guest House & Game Room — 5 min from Stone Mountain!

Spacious home with a guesthouse in Stone Mountain near Atlanta that sleeps up to 16 guests. Guest can enjoy their time in the game room or enjoy a BBQ on their choice of 2 different grills! Brand new and remodeled with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, a sleeping sofa and 2 air mattresses! Located only 5 minutes away from Stone Mountain Park and fairly close to Downtown Atlanta! A Variety of restaurants, gyms, and attractions within 5 miles!


The property is in a private space with only 1 house next door which is vacant. 3 big bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds which can easily fit 2 people each. 1 of the bedrooms on the first floor includes a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. There is a large sleeping sofa in the Sunroom/ Living room that can easily sleep 2 people. The lower level has 3 beds that can sleep a person per bed which also includes a small living room with a Flat screen TV. The game room has a flat screen TV, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table and a extra fridge. The main living room has a flat screen TV with a very large sectional. There is a very nice dining table near the kitchen that seats 6 people but there is another dining area near the sunroom that sits 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly think of in terms of kitchenware. The laundry room near the kitchen has a washer and dryer that is available to all guest for free. A very nice backyard with a lot of privacy and 4 patios for outdoor seating. The front porch/patio has 2 rocking chairs and a coffee table. The backyard patio has a gas powered grill with an outdoor seating area. The side patio also has outdoor seating so all guests can enjoy there time outdoors! There is a guest house that also has its own patio with a gas powered grill with outdoor seating. The guest house has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The bedroom has a queen sized bed that could easily sleep 2 people and also includes a flat screen TV. Also 2 air mattresses for more guests. The guest house has 2 living rooms, one includes a flat screen TV, a full kitchen with appliances and all sorts of amenities, washer, and dryer.

Great property!

An amazing property l held a Mothers Day brunch and all the Mothers were amazed about this home and had a very special Mothers day there. The host was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Exceptional

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The host was quick to respond if something was needed. I would recommend this house to EVERYONE. It was close to the main attractions and the neighborhood was peaceful. If we ever go back to Georgia we will book this home again.

great family get together

We loved this Atlanta area vacation rental with the in law unit in the back for the grandparents! We had 11 family members and the space was more than adequate. Great yard for the kids to play. We will rent again if we are back in the area.

Short Getaway

House was perfect for us. Had 6 adults and 4 kids with ample room to spare. Guest quarters in the back is perfect for the “grandparents”. Game room was a big hit with the kids and the adults. 5 minutes from Stone Mountain entrance and about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Would definitely book again.

Exactly as Advertised

The property has been completely renovated with a brand new guest house added to the rear which is nicely furnished. The garage is finished and can double as a place to hang out especially when the weather is nice and the garage door can be open. There were absolutely no problems with the property and the owner/operator was easily reached and extremely accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

The house was decorated nicely and was clean. I deducted a point because the house is not truly handicap accessible. Unfortunately, my husband’s sister, who was so looking forward to attending her brother’s birthday celebration, was unable to attend, because she would have been limited to staying downstairs in the basement bedroom area or in the cold game room (it’s their garage and it is not heated) away from where everyone else was gathered. Unfortunately, we learned about their “wheelchair accessibility” after our arrival.Also, the host needs to be more honest about vehicle spaces for celebrations instead of advising guests that they should have had their party size carpool after the fact. The street is not conducive to on street parking; it is too narrow, and vehicles speed up and down the street making safety a concern. If you have a party size of about 40 guests, I would highly recommend asking some to carpool; otherwise, it’s a nice property to host larger groups who are visiting from out of town or for intimate celebrations, as long as you don’t have anyone in a wheelchair who is not able to climb stairs.

This was a great property for multiple couples/families to stay. Well decorated, good location, lots of fun things to do at the house which we didn't even get the chance to try. Checking in and checking out needs a little work as the manager did not send check-in instructions until after our check-in time and a reminder, the key was not in the specified location so we had to call for further instructions, the wi-fi code was not posted anywhere so we had to reach out, and there were no stay or check-out instructions. Other than that, the place itself was great.

Beautiful space

The space was perfect for our needs. Guests gave many compliments and loved the game room especially. We only stayed one night, but had a lovely evening.
