3 BR house with courtyard, the heart of Old Lille

Please note that the stairs in this apartment are typical of our beautiful Lille buildings: we therefore recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

The house is located in the heart of Old Lille, on a cobbled alleyway typical of Lille.
This beautiful 80m² space is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

- Living room with lounge and dining room
- Equipped kitchen
- Small interior courtyard
- WC

First floor:

- Two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200 cm)
- A bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and washing machine

Second floor:

- Dressing room
- A bedroom with two single beds

The layout of the apartment allows a group of business travelers, a family, or friends to feel right at home!

Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linens. All linens are provided: bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION you can’t beat the location, it’s in the heart of old Lille, among beautiful shops, restaurants, bakeries and much more, and very walkable to everything. Wear comfy shoes. We felt safe, there were always few police cars parked right outside because of the justice dept right in front of the property. We saw a few homeless folks on the Main Street. It’s mainly quiet accept for weekend nights since it’s near bars and restaurants but not too bad.. if I had to nit pick, they should have done a better job with cleaning the property hair here and there. Absolutely no trash bags or insulation on what to do with the trash, when I called they said leave it in the room, we’ll take care of after you leave, but we stayed 7 nights, it’s unpleasant. No outside garbage can either! They provided some toilet paper, and left over shampoo, no tissue, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Either come prepared or be willing to shop there. There is room for improvement. It is a remodeled property, however the main structure is old and everything creaked (including the bed) and woke every one up. Stairs are narrow and steep, not appropriate for kids, elderly or folks with mobility issues. 3 stories. No on site parking, but public parking structures near by for pay. I would stay there again because of the location.
