“Although the room was clean, the utilities were sub optimal. The desk chair was not suitable for working and there was no wall socket to connect my devices. Reception had to provide and extension from the only socket that the TV was connected to. Confirmation of booking was not easy. A person managing the booking from a UK number was more impersonal than friendly”
