Other things to note
• The reservation includes up to 13 guests. A maximum of 2 additional daytime visitors is allowed, for a total of up to 15 people. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee.

• Family gatherings, birthdays, and celebrations are allowed using only the sound equipment provided by the property. Loud music is permitted until 10:00 PM. From 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, music may continue at a low volume inside the house.

• Unregistered visitors are not allowed. All visitors must be reported and registered in advance. Visitors may not stay overnight.

• For events with outside guests or larger celebrations, including daytime parties, children’s parties, weddings, proposals, full-day gatherings, and similar events, please contact us in advance to confirm rates and conditions.

• Up to 2 pets are allowed at no additional cost and must be registered at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on furniture, or on beds. Owners must clean up after them in the garden.

• Beds, sofa beds, furniture, and sound equipment must not be moved from their original locations. Please follow this rule to avoid warnings during the stay.

• The guest responsible for the reservation agrees to ensure the proper use of the property, equipment, and utensils. Any damage found during or after the stay will be reported and handled through Vrbo.

• The cleaning fee does not cover excessive dirt or cleaning the barbecue grill. The grill must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided, or an additional cleaning service may be requested.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is permitted only outdoors or in the barbecue area. Any damage caused by cigarette butts or burns will be charged.

• When entering or leaving the property, please ensure that all gates and locks are properly secured for everyone’s safety.

• Our accommodation operates under a self-service model, so we do not provide on-site assistance or 24/7 hotel-style service. Instructions are available for all equipment. Additional or complimentary items reported as faulty will be inspected after check-out. Assistance is provided only for urgent issues or emergencies that directly affect the stay, such as water, gas, or power outages, or major equipment failures.

• Sheets are provided for all beds and sofa beds unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise. Guests must bring towels and any additional light bedding they may need.

• Basic cleaning and hygiene supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms are included.

• Any additional requests that are not part of the services offered must be communicated in advance so we can confirm availability or whether they can be accommodated. Last-minute requests or requests made after the stay has begun cannot be guaranteed and may not be fulfilled.

• We will request the DNI, foreign resident ID card or passport of all guests before check-in.

• Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles inside the property. Space for minibuses may also be available with prior coordination.
