“My room was clean, but the one Mattress was completely unusable with big grooves in it where people had been sleeping for probably 100 years. The bathtub did not drain. There was dog poop all over the grounds surrounding the hotel that nobody had picked up. It would be a lot smarter for them to put up some poop stations for people who are unprepared and don’t bring a bag to clean up. “The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...
