“One of the rudest front desk receptionist I’ve encountered- I went to the reception desk asking for an extra pillow and she got mad and said no-luckily her co-worker saw my expression and swooped in and said no problem ma’am…the breakfast buffet was sooo limited ans again I witnessed an employee telling a guest that they couldn’t help him with his request of two eggs cooked to his liking- there were three employees just standing around doing nothing 😳”

“Am Sonntagmorgen 11.45 Uhr fragte ich nach einem Taxi zum Flughafen und gab an, dass ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlen müsse. Der Rezeptionist versicherte mir das. Statt eines Taxis rief aber er wahrscheinlich einen Freund von ihm an, oder jemanden, mit dem er Geschäfte macht, der mit dem Shuttlebus kam, und erst am Flughafen sagte er mir, es sei ein großes Problem, mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen, Ich sollte Bar bezahlen und würde er mir die Quittung zum Ausdrucken schicken. Natürlich hat er mir keine...
