“Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.”

“Zunächst einmal mega gut für Hunde: so viel Platz zum Herumtoben und Erkunden in einem sicher eingezäunten Garten, zu dem ein Park und ein Fußballplatz gehören. Und wir Menschen konnten uns super entspannen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😀”

“We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them.”

“Capodanno con amici festeggiato in questa bella villa vicino malpensa. La casa merita “solo” un 4 stelle su 5 proprio per il “fresco/freddo” che era presente su un lato della casa (camere 1º piano lato sala cinema e sala biliardo + bagnetto di servizio). Consiglio di chiudere la porta che dà alla stanza “cinema” così da far entrare nelle stanze da letto meno aria fredda. Probabilmente per via di qualche disservizio oltre quello appena citato, non riusciva ad uscire l acqua calda in cucina. Molto...

“Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!”

“A parte scarsa pulizia della villa e non parlo dei vetri che è comprensibile , pulisci e piove , il resto ottimo gentilissimo e logicamente comprensivo il manager alla nostra richiesta di avere il condizionatore su caldo la notte faceva freddo . Panorama e punto di Como splendidi.”

“Overall description was accurate. Parking was an issue. Parking for us was down the slope and on the public road. If you are packing a crib, this property is not for you. Plan on a steep walk to get to the house. This was a concern during night hours. Washer was available; however, we could not stand the oder, so we never used it.”

“La struttura è moderna e molto bella, la prima pecca sta sicuramente nell’orario per il check-in, che è fisso alle 15h, quindi purtroppo bisogna aspettare nonostante la stanchezza del viaggio. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”
