“This motel was definitely giving Rose Motel vibes. 😁. It was a great place for our stay. We only stayed one night because of our itinerary, but would have liked to stay more. Front desk manager (Alex, I think?) was super helpful and she was super nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have enough time to use it. There was a trolley that you could utilize and we would have if we were going to be there longer. Beds were comfy and the rooms had window air units and kept the rooms cool. ”

Breakfast was possibly provided in the reception but we hadn't been told so we missed it. We noticed it when we dropped the key off but there was nobody in reception to ask about it. Generally we found it a little bit superior to other motels of a similar price we stayed before.”

“Beautiful lake and they offered free use of kayaks, canoes, SUPs, etc. The staff was amazing. From the server at the little restaurant who seated us late, to the folks at the front desk (that’s you, Dan!) who heard my friend had asked for chai tea, so they went out to the store and bought it just for her. Relaxing setting and a perfect bday getaway. ”

Motel style, cottage style, etc. I'm guessing a young couple bought it and are refurbishing it themselves, a little at a time.
