"Llegando nos encontramos con el ascensor fuera de servicio y la recepcionista ni lo sabía, al darse cuenta viendo además de que estaba embarazada se marchó a su sitio y ni siquiera una disculpa, nos dieron una habitación en la segunda planta y claramente tuvimos que subir las maletas y todo andando. Llegamos a la habitación y olía a viejo todo,el baño peor, la limpieza regular, la estructura decadente, las camas duras. No entiendo las 3 estrellas y la buena puntuación en este sitio. "
