“Everything was wonderful- the owner was very nice and the guest lodge we stayed in was amazing- wildlife all around.”

“Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online? We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier. That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.”

“Lighthouse Guesthouse & Cafe, is easily accessible in Groblersdaal, situated in a lovely garden setting, luxurious clean spacious rooms, well appointed gym, safe parking on the premises, and the cafe serves well prepared good tasting food. Their friendly chef is to be commended.”

“The room and surrounds were clean and the gardens well kept and pretty. Further afield lots of wildlife. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful with guidance about local activities and attractions. Great breakfast and evening meal, tasty and varied. Would love to revisit. Very enjoyable 3 days.”
