“I find beach properties often overcharge and underdeliver. This was not the case at Clarion Surfrider. A lot of times the ocean view rooms show just a tiny patch of blue between a bunch of buildings or obstacles. “The room was clean and smelled fresh bedding and everything seemed good a little wear and tear visible on most of the furnishings - except the chair… the first thing you see is this beat up chair in the corner with a completely cracked vinyl seat cushion and tape on parts of the fabric and legs- it was very off putting right of the bat and made me almost leave. I saw another chair like that in a common area, also. Buy new chairs or just remove the old ones, it really looks bad! And immediately...
