“Parking was good we had no kitchen in our room”

“Amazing view of the ocean from our room on the third floor. Staff was very friendly and willing to help make our trip special- especially Brandi at the front who checked us in and out. The fire pits out back made it very cozy when the evenings brought the chill in. The breakfast had a lot of different food and drink options. If we go back to Lincoln City, we will definitely be booking again! ”

“Absolutely stunning view, the staff was super helpful from beginning to end! Breakfast was good! The pool and hot tub were a hit for the kids! The room was very clean! We love that they were dog friendly too! They even gave a doggy treat bag at arrival it was so sweet! We will! Be back!!”

“I drove 2 hours and paid a few hundred follars for a room for 2 with a view, balcony, jacuzzi tub and as soon as i walked in with my son to check in i was told kids cant stay in there rooms, they canceled my reservation on the spot and was told sorry expedia is supposed to advertise these rooms are adult only. That was not advertised anywhere. Everywhere i called to reserve a room that day as it was a saturday late afteernoon and a busy weekend at the coast all hotels were booked out. ”

“When we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. We were pretty upset, the manager upgraded us to a room with jetted tub. It was great. They did get the pool and hot tub opened the next day.”

“Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times.”

“Only two things were Even remotely acceptable. The amazing and the staff. Brandy was understanding magnificent and informative. This place needs a lot more help in the housekeeping and in the maintenance and it would be magnificent. The rooms are so outdated and trashed.”

“The Palace is showing some age, but it’s a good value for the price. The family room was large with a usable kitchenette and table. ”

“Elevator was weird. Parking wasn't great. No coffee pots in the room's and kinda my thing but the floors seem to shake when you walked on them.”
