16 posti letto. La grande casa in stile loft con vista sull'oceano a Lincoln City dispone di 2 grandi saloni con vista sull'oceano e grande schermo da 75 "con grande schermo e calcio balilla. Anche un piccolo Cigar Cottage non collegato! Nessun divario notturno da giugno a settembre. Solo 3 scale per entrare nella zona giorno principale. Oltre alla cucina, la camera della famiglia superiore ha un angolo cottura e un tavolo da pranzo per giocare a giochi e puzzle o godersi il caffè del mattino e guardare le nuvole colorate sull'oceano. Grande mensola in pietra con camino a gas e finestre da parete a parete con vista sulla spiaggia. Osserva i tramonti, il chiaro di luna sull'oceano e le tempeste che si infrangono! Aquiloni colorati sono sempre in vista dall'interno della casa e dal grande cortile picchetto recintato e patio in mattoni che si affaccia sul surf. Questa casa ha un grande doppio lotto con raro cortile di fronte all'oceano (perfetto per i tornei di croquet o un barbecue). Ha un gazebo e diverse sedie in legno Adirondack per rilassarsi all'aperto. C'è 1 letto king size, 5 letti queen size, 4 doppie. Due delle camere da letto e un bagno sono al piano principale. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno per creare un capolavoro per la banda! I bambini adorano la magia del sottotetto segreto e dei sedili con finestra per giochi o letture. L'accesso alla spiaggia è di circa 5 case a nord (D River Wayside). Per favore, niente matrimoni o mobili da affittare. Ci sono molte sedie per 16 ospiti. Si prega di evitare di lasciare un "Single Night Gap" May - Sept. & Spring Break. Week-end del Memorial Day e del Labor Day 3 nt. Min. ai tassi di vacanza L'estate 2019 è un minimo di 5 notti a meno che non si riempia un vuoto. Avete bisogno di un'assicurazione di viaggio?

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had room for our group of 15 to spread out. The only down side was for a house this large (allowing for up to 16 guests) the kitchen was super small. It really only allowed for 2-3 people in it comfortably. There wasn’t much counter space for prepping for our large group. We also felt the house was very dated but that also made it feel cozy. We loved the views and the location was greet!

The Family Vacation

We loved the layout of the home as it's loaded with rustic charm. The views of the ocean was incredible! Got to see some whales moving past. The only thing is the bathrooms upstairs do not have a lock but we figured out a way to handle it... a doorknob sign that said do not disturb. The owner, Karen, was so easy to work with and has a great personality. Everyone had a great time. I will be renting this house again!

Unique house

We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again

Great… good location, but no direct beach access from house. Difficult to control temperature in main downstairs area. Lacks closet space to hang clothes. Also, awesome view from upstairs bonus room. Wish that tv was hooked up to cable.

wonderful view property

We had a great stay at this property. The view was tremendous. We had lots of room for our group with plenty of bedrooms and a lot of seating in the common areas. We enjoyed all the artistic aspects of the home. The kitchen needs updating. The bedroom linens could use updating but were adequate. Overall a wonderful stay at an interesting home.

Beautiful location

The house is BeachFront with lots of windows toward the ocean. Also a great porch. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

Lovely luxurious space, beautiful view, and close to local attractions

Our Lincoln City accommodations were just outstanding. Our group included 3 seniors, 1 adult, and 2 16 year olds. The house is lovely, very comfortable, with luxurious space for everyone, and thoughtfully equipped for us. We visited local beaches and natural areas and sampled several restaurants. But it was also quite lovely just hanging out at the house. We would certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Beautiful Lincoln City Home

Huge home with lots of room for everyone. Great ocean views with a five-minute walk down to the beach. We loved it and would stay again. Tip: Book thru A-1 Rentals to save about $500 VRBO fee and book off-season to save even more. You've got to see this house to believe it!

3 generation family time

This was a perfect property for our grandchildren ages 10 months through 14 years. Loved the fenced back yard for the children under 5. The older kids and teens enjoyed the upstairs living space and deck. Dining room table fit all of us. I am mobility disabled, and the railing on the outside step really helped. And I loved the backyard too, as I could hear and see the ocean for the first time in years. I did not realize there were interior steps from living room to dining room, which was a bit tricky for me. The downstairs bathroom is a tight squeeze. The shower did not have a handheld sprayer for me. But those things are unique to me and my disability and I still enjoyed my family and the ocean. Thank you!

Great house for multiple families!

Aside from the great ocean views, the grass area for young kids and the extra living room upstairs were the biggest bonus for our multiage group. A description of the stairs would have been helpful. There are 3 steps up into the gate, then 2 more into the house. Inside the house there are 2 steps down into the dining, bedroom and kitchen. Some of our group can only handle a few stairs, in the description I only read 3 steps, though what was there was manageable. There was plenty of seating in the main living room for all to sit and chat. The extra living room upstairs was great for early risers and the kids a place to play. Thanks for sharing your home!
