Unità 111, che noi chiamiamo "Breakers Dozen," è una delle proprietà sulla spiaggia di premio sulla costa dell'Oregon

La suite oceanside contiene un letto queen Murphy con un materasso Tempur che si ripiega per dare pi�� spazio. Una TV di grandi dimensioni, da 42 pollici è montata contro il muro, collegato ad un lettore Blu-ray. Sotto la televisione è un accogliente caminetto elettrico, dando il vostro soggiorno una luce calda al tramonto, proprio come si sta guardando il tramonto dai vostri grandi, da 8 piedi porte scorrevoli in vetro.

Le caratteristiche della cucina di Breakers Dozen ristrutturato piani di lavoro e nuovi apparecchi. C'è una lavastoviglie, forno gamma, frigorifero aggiornato e forno a microonde. Il frigorifero è dotato di un fabbricatore di ghiaccio e acqua filtrata. I proprietari offrono pi�������� pentole del normale, dando l'artista culinario nel suo partito più di abbastanza strumenti per una festa di fantasia.

Fuori le porte scorrevoli in vetro è una breve scala che è di 12 semplici passi per la sabbia. Prendete sei sedie a sdraio gratuiti sul patio erboso, dove è possibile guardare i bambini a costruire castelli di sabbia sotto, e cercare le teste ondeggianti di foche nelle onde poco profonde oltre. Cammina a nord 10 minuti per alcune pozze di marea naturali. Camminate verso sud e wade nel fiume D, il fiume più corto del mondo.

Un pavimento in legno, come si conduce dalla suite di Oceanside in una camera da letto matrimoniale, dove si trova un letto matrimoniale con un materasso Tempur, così come un altro televisore 40 pollici e secondo bagno completo. Una serie di porte tra la camera da letto e si chiude con bagno Oceanside e serrature di entrambe le parti, che offre privacy per ogni zona notte.

Breakers Dozen si trova in uno dei luoghi più convenienti al zingari del mare. Ci sono scale da questo condominio al piano terra, che è di circa 30 piedi dall'ingresso della piscina interna riscaldata della Sea Gypsy e sauna. Easy access to the beach

We got a first floor room and the beach access was right on our back yard. No need to walk 5-10 mins to the beach. Plenty of room for family of 6. Two bathrooms was a plus. The place was clean and plenty of kitchen appliances.

Could have been cleaned better, bedding could use some improvements, the screen door doesn’t lock which was a safety issue for our little ones. But the location is unbeatable, great beach access and the kids loved the pool.

Great Location

The location is perfect and ocean front with a patio was lovely. The unit however was not clean - upon arrival I took my shoes off at the door and walked barefoot into the property to put my things on the kitchen counter - the floors throughout the unit were covered in a thin layer of sand. Under the pull out sofa bed the floors visibly hadn't been cleaned in some time (build up of sand/dirt and wrappers), the coffee pot and stove were not clean. The units maintenance and finish work are very poor, it is a Motel 6 quality with new flooring. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) are Dollar Tree quality (paper thin). The walls are paper thin too, you can hear everything all neighbors around you are doing and every coming and going outside. The price was nice, the location again was great, oceanfront is a huge plus, the finer details and finishes are not their strong suit.

Ocean Beach in Winter !

First , OVERALL WE ENJOYED OURSELVES !!! The facility could use a little upgrading , but nothing too outstanding. We 3 are senoir citizens that wanted to have a little private beach entertaining , watching the waves , people walking on the sands , dogs having a great time , ordering take out, still having some control of who and where we interacted ( the virus , you know ) , anyway it was a good visit and give this a 2 thumbs up ! Oh yeah , re-oil the cast iron skillet after use , for the next guest too use , with out sticking !!!! Thanks bye-bye

Relaxing convenient

Great location for the beach, D river and tidal pools. I marked a 4/5 cleanliness because there was a bit of food on the stove top but everywhere else was super clean. Amazed that there was no sand in the apartment. From the pictures it looks like you can walk directly out from the condo on to the beach, but you can’t because those stairs are broken. You just have to walk down to the edges. Not a big deal but I had hoped that I could have let my kids go play while I watched from inside. Overall great location, good communication, comfy and everything worked well. In the future I might pick an upstairs unit as I didn’t take into consideration that you can’t keep your shades open since people walk by.

Great place- some dishes put away dirty by others, not property’s fault! Loud whistle noise at pool

Nice property, good beds, will come again, please fix the loud whistle noise at the pool as it was irritating to hear it when leaving the property to go to the pool or to the beach. Did not disturb while in room though!

Nice weekend!

Very nice. Got a great deal because the hot water was out for a bit. The only thing was in the master bath there are holes in the back of the door that are obnoxious to be looking at while sitting there. A little putty and sandpaper would be useful. It’s a little thing...other than that it was nice.

Awesome place right on the beach!

Pros:sliding door opens to a few steps down to the beach, awesome view, soothing ocean noise if door opened, full kitchen, two baths, comfy beds (in bedroom and murphy bed), nice pool, loved it! Cons: can hear footsteps above, fireplace didnt work, dishes weren't washed well, sliding door is right by steps and footwash station so lots of people walking by (we found being close very convenient and didnt feel a big lack of privacy) Overall, this place was worth every penny! Best places to eat: Galucci's Pizzeria and J's fish n chips! Huge wait at J's though. Things to do: fly kites, build sandcastles, we want to check out Devil's Lake next time

Best Beach Access in Town!

We stayed here for a romantic getaway. Boy did we hit the jackpot. Choosing a unit on the ground floor was the wisest decision. We loved having the sliding glass door open up to be able to take 13 easy stairs to the beach. (The slider is hard to open, sand/rust/gunk build up in track). The mattresses were really decent memory foam. Having a kitchenette helps defray costs. My only thoughts on improvements: 1)Ditch the colored blanket and pillow covers in the bedrokm. They are worn and scratchy. One pillow case i took off to find a blood stained pillow. 2) the cookware could use updating. Small skillets w scratched non stick coating were less than efficient, but we made due. All in all, a wonderful location, and well appointed unit. We would definitely go back. H

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect! The Tempurpedic mattresses were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was super clean. The location is amazing, this ground floor condo has sliding glass doors that open up right by the stairs to go down to the beach, truly beachfront, the owners even provide lawn chairs that we put outside on the concrete and enjoyed the ocean view and sound. I would stay here again any time I would be in Lincoln City!
