Bring the Family and dog to the Beach

Bring your dog to this comfortable 790 square foot condo. This is the largest floor plan in the complex. It has plenty of room for you and your family to stay comfortably for a weekend or stay for a month. Enjoy ground floor access with no steps to climb, ever.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a designated dining area with seating for six. Kick your feet up by the fire and watch the waves, kites, boats, and whales. Wind down with a movie, board games or play a video game on the Nintendo Switch or PS 3 with the family. Put the kids down in the living room on a self-inflating queen size air bed. Then you can retreat to the master bedroom. Relax with a queen size bed and flat screen TV with lots of movies to choose from. The master has its own bathroom and plenty of closet and dresser space, along with a futon couch that can serve as additional sleeping options as well.
The complex has its own designated private access to the beach.
The complex has a salt water pool and hot tub. The Game room has ping pong assorted board games and plenty of room for your whole group.
There are coin operated washer and dryers in a shared laundry room.
Ice maker on the same floor.
150+ movies, Nintendo Switch, Playsation 3, games, bbq for the beach, kites, chairs for the beach.

Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Way off of Hwy 101, so the only sound you hear is the ocean. Communication with he owner was great, we sent a message and heard right back. Clean, spacious, and all you need to enjoy your time in Lincoln City.

Clear check-in instructions and the home exceeded my expectations. The view was beautiful, bed was comfortable, and the place was spacious for my husband and I. It’s clear they have made some updates, which was a nice surprise! The only minor complaints I had were that the walls were thin, the checkout instructions could have been a little clearer for sheets and trash, and the tub in the room closest to the bedroom could have been cleaned a bit better. It wasn’t dirty, but the anti-slip mat wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and there was a little soap scum or cleaning products on the tile still. Overall, highly recommend! It felt spacious, comfortable, clean and Don’s communication and expectations were excellent. I also liked the sand toy in the bedroom.
Nice bedroom. The fan in the closet was helpful on a warmer evening.

A week’s Vacation with my Pup.

I had a great time! The Condo is well stocked and has more amenities than most and the view is beautiful. Beach access was nice lots of places to walk in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything we needed and then some

It was very pleasant, close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy couch, comfy bed. Hot shower be sure to pulI down on the spicket for the shower didnt use the pool or hot tub.

Relaxing

The host is amazing ,let us check in early and answered all of our questions right away. This was our second stay, we love the balcony, beach access, convenient hose to wash off sand outside, the hot tub and pool were my favorites. The kitchen is good.

Host was very responsive Unit is everything as described Only complaint has nothing to do with the unit but the property. Could not use exercise facility, hot tub closed or full of people during stay. Noisy upstairs visitors.

Nice location in Lincoln city. Enjoyed the beach being right across the street. The owner was above and beyond, answering my questions quickly. Owner even let me know that the condo was ready 2 hours early which was so nice!!

What a wonderful 4th of July weekend

We book for 4 nights and we are so glad we did. The host, Don, had very good communication on the booking and the arrival information. The location was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach and the puppies loved the deck to watch the ocean and birds. We recommend you stay here when you can.

Perfect beach stay!

The place was exactly as advertised but so much more charming and lovely in person. There are two very large washrooms, a huge comfy sectional couch, and a balcony with a great view of the ocean. The location is perfect as it’s close to the beach and also a great city to stay in if you’re wanting to check out the coast. The check in process was smooth and Don was great to communicate with. You should absolutely stay here!

Great location!

Fantastic neighborhood for dog walks and overall exercise. Beach access right across the street, super convenient to the casino and downtown LC. The condo is a great size, kitchen well outfitted. A great stay!

Great location with a nice ocean view

Really liked the experience. Communication with the host went smooth and he was readily available. The only thing we didn't like was the remote situation. Could benefit from universal remotes as there were a lot of them to deal with. The experience was great nonetheless.

Comfortable home away from home.

After dealing with a tough year, this was the perfect place to stay. Our host was gracious and easy to communicate with. ALL THE MOVIES! From vhs, to old and new dvds (plus Netflix) the host had an impressive collection that should be called, "when you don't know what you're in the mood to watch..." lovely after a day at the beach.

Lovely home away from home

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend, which is also our anniversary and my husband had two music gigs in the area. Great little condo one house off the beach with easy access. Propety also has an indoor pool. Having a kitchen to cook some meals brings down the overall vacation costs. Comfy furniture to view amazing sunsets over the ocean right from the porch. Easy check in -out. Owner available for any questions. Perfect!
